We understand that choosing the right hosting provider is a crucial decision for your online presence. To help you make an informed choice, we have compiled a list of common questions asked.
It’s not easy at all! Without prior experience or with a busy schedule, you’re in for a lot of hard work with little to no results. Professional property management will take the burden off your shoulders. Imagine contacting tenants, handling payments and paperwork, repairs and maintenance, advertising your property, conducting leasing inspections etc, all by yourself!
We offer comprehensive property management. From marketing and leasing to tenant screening, accounting and reporting, documentation, inspection and maintenance, as well as handling disputes. We can also customize a package to suit your needs.
The tenant’s work-related details and valid proof of identification (including passport, visa, and Emirates ID copies) are collected. Additional documents like salary certificates can also be requested sometimes.
After a tenant vacates a property, end-of-lease evaluations are carried out. In case any repairs are required, you and the tenants will receive a report and it is determined who will bear the costs. Then repair and maintenance work is initiated, after which your property is marketed again.
Since we’re handling everything for you, your involvement can be at a bare minimum. The different packages that we offer specify what responsibility (if any) you need to take.
We carry out scheduled inspections ( especially at contract renewal time) and ensure that all damages are reported and the property is not being misused.
The cost to cover the damages is deducted from the tenant’s security deposit and if it’s more, the tenant pays the remaining amount. Disputes are referred to the rental dispute center.
Apart from check-in and check-out inspections, a routine inspection upon lease renewal is also carried out.
The rent can either be deposited directly into your local bank account or deposited into our company account. We will subtract expenses like utility bills, maintenance charges and service fees and transfer the remaining amount to you.
